Hi, I'm mallory!
My heart for counseling grew out of a deep belief that everyone deserves a safe, supportive space to feel seen, heard, and understood. I strive to create that space for each client—one rooted in empathy, authenticity, and hope.
I’m passionate about helping people thrive and bloom in every season of life. For the past 17 years, I’ve had the privilege of working in education, and for the last four years, I’ve served as a school counselor—walking alongside children, families, and educators as they navigate life’s challenges and celebrate growth along the way.
In my work, I help individuals and families strengthen emotional awareness, manage anxiety, process trauma, and build healthy relationships. I also focus on developing practical life and executive functioning skills such as emotional regulation, communication, organization, problem solving, and coping strategies.
My approach to counseling blends compassion with evidence-based techniques to help clients not only overcome challenges but also discover what it means to truly bloom where they are planted. Whether you’re a child learning to manage big emotions, a teen facing academic and social pressures, or an adult seeking clarity and healing, I’m honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
